Coco Candle Co aims to deliver the best customer experience possible and we truly hope you will be happy with the products you receive - whether they be our unique scented soy candles, jumbo coconut bowls, or from our growing range of environmentally sustainable products.
All products are inspected before packaging and shipping to ensure they are at the highest possible standards (i.e. what we would personally want to receive in the post also). For obvious reasons, we will not provide refunds for candles that have been burnt or used in any way, or any of our other products that have been used or damaged. We encourage you to carefully review your purchases before placing any orders to avoid issues after transactions and orders have been placed.
Over the last few years we've developed excellent relationships with our suppliers and they have been specifically chosen due to their commitment to providing environmentally sustainable products while adopting an ethical approach in supporting their local communities.
We try to be as accurate as possible when describing our upcycled range of products. Being natural products, no two items are the same and what you receive in the post may be slightly different from the images you see online.
